It is an older Hot Water heater and was losing it ability to heat the water properly. Dave painstakingly took the time to contact the manufacturer to order the part that needed to be replaced and went out of his way to see it through to the end. Due to fact that the Hot Water heater is older, the possibility of obtaining such a part seemed daunting because the manufacturer no longer carried it. Nevertheless, this did not hinder Dave from pursuing it. This took a long period of time, but his tenacity paid off and he was able to obtain one. Dave Sherman did an absolutely fantastic job and even went above and beyond to make sure that my kitchen drain trap was corrected to meet code even though he was only replacing my disposal.
